Assad Saifullah Khan
Chairman / Director
Assad Saifullah Khan, our esteemed member of the Board of Directors, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 with a major in History and Culture and a minor in French. He completed his legal studies in London, earning a Common Professional Examination/Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law in 2005 and a Bar Vocational Course certification from the Inns of Court School of Law (ICSL) in 2007.
Khan currently serves as the CEO of Kohat Textile Mills Ltd and is the Director of Legal Affairs for Saif Group. He has extensive experience working in both the UK and Pakistan, working with Orr, Dignam & Co, and as a caseworker for Harriet Harman MP, QC. He later worked as an Associate at Hassan & Hassan in Lahore, handling company law cases and corporate matters for multinationals.
