Assad Saifullah Khan
Chairman / Director
Assad Saifullah Khan, our esteemed member of the Board of Directors, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 with a major in History and Culture and a minor in French. He completed his legal studies in London, earning a Common Professional Examination/Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law in 2005 and a Bar Vocational Course certification from the Inns of Court School of Law (ICSL) in 2007.
Khan currently serves as the CEO of Kohat Textile Mills Ltd and is the Director of Legal Affairs for Saif Group. He has extensive experience working in both the UK and Pakistan, working with Orr, Dignam & Co, and as a caseworker for Harriet Harman MP, QC. He later worked as an Associate at Hassan & Hassan in Lahore, handling company law cases and corporate matters for multinationals.
Mohammad Ali Saifullah Khan
Principal/Executive Director
Muhammad Ali Saifullah Khan, a seasoned executive with a BA in History and International Relations from Royal Holloway University of London and an MA in International Relations from Webster University, is a Board Member of Softech Systems, CEO of Saif Builders, CEO of Saif Ventures, and Director at Saif Cement Limited.
He has a background in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, having contributed significantly to major projects such as financing the acquisition of prestigious hotels, such as Grosvenor House Hotel in London and Plaza Hotel in New York, and structuring financing for 55 Newman Street in London. Khan also played a key role in the Dream Downtown Hotel acquisition in New York City, valued at $200 million.
Rana Muhammad Shafi
Director
Rana Muhammad Shafi, a Master's Degree in Commerce from the University of Punjab, is a Cost and Management Accountant Finalist from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He is currently an Advisor to the Board of Directors at Saif Group of Companies, where he guides investments, mergers, acquisitions, and financial matters.
With over 52 years of experience in Cost and Management Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Administration, Management control, and Treasury & Financial Management, Shafi has held various positions, including Chief Accountant, Commercial Manager, General Manager Finance, Executive Director Finance, and Chief Financial Officer. He has conducted numerous workshops on corporate accounting, leadership management, and treasury financing.
