Job Description:

• Candidate will accompany our product development teams and create an optimal environment to enable high-performance teams.
• Help the teams to implement the necessary agile practices and tools in a meaningful way, to remove obstacles and to promote team spirit.
• Moderate backlog refinements, sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Proactively ensure transparency and a good exchange between teams and other organizational units.

The candidate must have:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Have an open and agile mindset!
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or PSM).
• Experience in supporting agile development teams in the role of Scrum Master.
• Familiarity with the Agile Manifesto and the 12 agile principles.
• Enjoys interacting with others and team success.
• Experience of international clients will be preferred.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or related field.
• 2-Years of Experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach (Preffered).
• Hands on working experience experience as Scrum Master.
