This product provides treasury portfolio investment and stock market financing for a commercial or investment bank. It provides a very comprehensive Portfolio Management facility, which supports investment in all instrument types, including Equity, Future, CFS, Fixed Income Securities, and Money Market Instruments. The product also contains stock-market financing and risk management modules for banks: Financing Against Shares, Financing Against Receivables, and Margin Financing.

These are currently running live at 5 commercial and investment banks. The basic aim of the system is to enforce the Regulatory Limits across all investment types, e.g. Regulatory Limits for shares held outright, as collateral, or both together, regulatory limits as a percentage of the bank capital, percentage of the script capital, percentage of the counterparty capital, percentage of bank’s total investment in the stock market etc. The system allows setting of every Regulatory Limit, and does not allow violations in the transactions.
